GT Advanced Technologies to Offer up to $175 Million Convertible Senior Notes

GT Advanced Technologies (NASDAQ: GTAT), today announced plans to offer up to $175 million aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes due 2017 (the “Notes”) in an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission today.
