The Grand Tour's Richard Hammond has been in a motorbike crash [Wenn] And now it has been revealed that the 47 year old hit his head during a motorbike crash on new show, The Grand Tour. The TV personality was knocked out after falling from the bike during a ride in Mozambique.  As a result, the star ended up lying unconscious in the road, miles from medical help.  "He really did hurt himself quite badly," Richard’s co-star Jeremy Clarkson told The Sun.
