House prices fall as rents skyrocket by 9.2 per cent and outstrip wages

UK house prices fell by the least in eight months when the figure edged down by 0.2 per cent on an annual basis in February, against a 1.3 per cent decline in the previous month, the latest reading from the ONS has found.
